Your weekly fee gives you the right to occupy the space where your home is situated, and covers council rates, water rates, all external maintenance and use of all facilities and services provided at the Village eg: Community Centre, swimming pool, lawn bowls,

The weekly site contributions are as follows:

Single Person on Aged Pension	$135 per week
Less Full rental assistance rebate	$55.10
You Pay	$79.10 per week
Couple on Aged Pension	$145 per week
Less Full rental assistance rebate	$39.80
You Pay	$105.20 per week

The fee for self funded retired singles and couples are the same as above, but with no rebate payable.

Your weekly fee is deducted electronically from an account nominated by yourself.
