Your rubbish is collected weekly and recycling fortnightly. All we ask is that you have your bins ready for collection on the nominated day.

The hub of activity is the community centre with its large meeting lounge, kitchen, hairdressing salon, billiard area, library and theatre. Adjacent to this area is the gymnasium, Bowling Green, swimming pool, and an outdoor entertainment area. Whether you take advantage of some or all of these facilities and friendships is entirely up to you – but they are there if you want them.

The managers are responsible for all day-to-day running within Kingsgate Village. This includes the supervision of maintenance and upkeep of all common areas, office administration and the well being of all Kingsgate Village residents.
